Returns & Exchanges

We gladly offer free exchanges and complimentary returns for store credit on eligible items within 7 days of receipt.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method and retain one or more items from your order, return shipping is complimentary.

For full-order refunds (where all items from an order are returned), a $10 return shipping fee per shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items need to be folded neatly and in readily sellable condition for a refund otherwise you will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Please e-mail us at talkto@lwn.la to initiate the return, and we will confirm return shipping details. Once a return has been confirmed by our support team, you will need to use the return label within 7 days of receipt, or the return will be rejected. 

Upon acceptance of the return package, refunds will be processed within 5 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account statement. Refunds will be given in the original method of payment unless you have opted for store credit.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. For exchanges, please email us with requesting the desired replacement style/size/color at talkto@lwn.la. We will send out your new order as soon as the return arrives at our studio.

Shipping

We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Shipping costs for international and expedited orders will be calculated at checkout.

Once we have received your order, we will process and send goods out to usually between 1-2 business days. Please have items sent to a secure place of delivery, with an accurate destination address. We are not liable for the order, once the shipment is in transit.

If there is a lost or damaged shipment, contact the courier first and if a direct resolution can not be achieved, please email us at: talkto@lwn.la to help in resolution of the matter.After the order has been processed, you will receive an email of confirmation with a tracking number generated by USPS to monitor the shipment directly.

For international shipments, all taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser declines to pay the duties we are unable to offer a return or refund.
