Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Once we have received your order, we will process and send goods out to usually between 1-2 business days. Please have items sent to a secure place of delivery, with an accurate destination address. We are not liable for the order, once the shipment is in transit.
If there is a lost or damaged shipment, contact the courier first and if a direct resolution can not be achieved, please email us at: talkto@lwn.la to help in resolution of the matter. After the order has been processed, you will receive an email of confirmation with a tracking number generated by USPS to monitor the shipment directly.
We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States on all orders except orders containing our Nima Cushions. Expedited and international shipping costs on all other orders will be calculated at checkout.
